Export Agreement

Unless otherwise restricted by customs border control or a trademark and license agreement, Klaire Labs products are available to purchase by international customers for personal use and consumption. However, SFI USA does not guarantee that products will be allowed into the destination country.

The customer assumes all risk, costs and liability associated with clearing product(s) through local customs and border control. This may include any duties, fees, and other associated costs. The original product and shipping costs paid by the customer to SFI USA will not be credited nor refunded for failure to clear customs. Rules for importation vary by country. Please refer to the import regulations for your specific market

Please be advised that the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) ship options may not always provide consistent tracking information or a delivery guarantee. Consequently, SFI USA may not be able to determine the location of a shipment during transit. The customer assumes all risks, costs and liabilities if choosing to ship via USPS.

SFI USA will supply a Commercial Invoice with each shipment. SFI USA will also provide a Commercial Invoice and other documents, for example NAFTA, to government authorities if required. Personal Use importation regulations apply to U.S. labeled product(s). 

Private labeled product(s) shall be compliant with local market regulation. Local market compliance, such as registration and/or notification, is the responsibility of the customer with the support of SFI USA. Please Contact Us for support of private label compliance. Some documentation required for customs clearance and notification/ registration may be available upon request.

SFI USA recommends researching the local country rules and regulations prior to placing an order as additional documentation may be required for import and customs clearance.
