Klaire Labs® products are available to purchase by international customers for personal use and consumption. This purchase is transacted according to the laws of the United States of America applicable under provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Nevada; laws and regulations governing sales transactions outside these jurisdictions, particularly in the destination shipment country, do not apply.  The availability to import products from the US depends on the local government’s authorities and regulations. Please refer to your local government’s import regulations.

Unless otherwise restricted by your local regulations, Klaire Labs branded products are available for purchase and personal import under the following conditions:

• The shipment quantity must not exceed 3 months’ supply based on the directions of use.
• The product must be intended for the purchaser’s personal use and cannot be resold.
• The product must be shipped directly to the purchaser, and not to a commercial establishment.

The customer assumes all risk, costs and liability associated with clearing product(s) through local customs and border control. This may include any duties, fees, and other associated costs. SFI USA™ does not guarantee that products ordered will be allowed into the destination country. SFI USA will not refund or credit the original purchase or shipping costs for failure to clear customs. Rules for importation vary by country. Please refer to the import regulations specific to your location to determine whether additional documentation is required.
