By avoiding multiple enzymatic activation steps, it is directly usable by the body and provides all of the benefits of folic acid, regardless of functional or genetic differences.3 Methyl Balance™ is a unique formula that combines bioactive forms of four essential B vitamins with trimethylglycine (betaine).
