Thera-B contains vitamin B-complex with extra biotin, activated folate, and activated B12. The inclusion of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), a bioactive form of folate, ensures more immediate effects than folic acid on metabolism. Vitamin B12, as methylcobalamin, enhances B12 absorption and bioavailability.
