Target gb-X™ Probiotic Case Study
It is with great anticipation that we begin our eight-week study regarding the usage of Klaire Labs' unique Target gb-X probiotic targeting improvement in gut-brain communication. This 5 billion CFU product is specifically formulated with nine different strains of bacteria. Participants will be instructed to take one sachet daily dissolved in 3 to 4 ounces of water. These amounts will either be on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed.
It is well understood that the study of the microbiome is becoming increasingly valuable. Additionally, the communication between our gut brain and our “head brain,” though most certainly connected, is not completely understood. With the prevalence of mood alterations permeating our current society, it is apparent practitioners need to address every possible connection and conduct further study.
Participants have been carefully selected. Pre-questionnaires will be used as well as periodic questionnaires during the study. Regularly scheduled visits with each participant are also calendared to allow practitioner observations and notations.
Dr. Michele and I are very excited about the potential results. We will keep you posted.
